本文提出了一种新型的钛酸钡热敏电阻器的制造方法。研究了它的导电机理,给出了组分、工艺条件及主要参数,提出了改进性能的途径。

A Manufacture methods for a new type of BaTiO_3 thermal resistor is introduced in the paper.The conductance mechanism is studied.The prescription primary technology process and the main characteristic parameters are provided,meanvhile,the paper also deals with the way to improve the performance of the resistor.
