住院手足口病患儿家长健康教育的效果与体会

Effects and experience of health education for parents of hospitalized children with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探讨健康教育在住院手足口病患儿家长中的应用效果。方法对89名住院手足口病患儿家长从疾病基本常识、消毒隔离措施、疾病预防知识、疾病相关护理知识等方面,以"一对一"、电视讲座、口头讲解、现场示范、当面解答疑问、发放宣传手册、设置宣传栏、集体授课的方式进行健康教育。结果健康教育后患儿家长对手足口病相关知识的知晓率明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育能有效提高手足口病患儿家长对疾病相关知识的知晓率,使家长积极配合患儿的治疗及护理,促进患儿早日康复。

Objective To investigate the effects of health education for parents of hospitalized children with hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods A total of 89 parents of hospitalized children with HFMD were educated by one - to - one lecture, TV lecture, oral explanation, demonstration, answering questions face to face, handing out brochures, setting up billboards and collective teaching. The contents included basic knowledge about HFMD, measures of sterilization and isolation, disease prevention and nursing knowledge about HFMD. Result The rate of awareness about HFMD of these parents after the health education was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Health education can effectively increase the rate of awareness of related knowledge about HFMD and make the parents more cooperative in the treatment and nursing care, so as so enhance the quick recovery of children.
