目的以开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动为契机,促进医院护理工作全面提升。方法选择6个病区开展试点工作:改变原有护理工作模式,分层级使用护士,实行责任组长竞聘上岗,调整原有的绩效分配方案,完善临床支持系统,落实基础护理,及时总结交流,不断改进。结果基础护理、病房管理质量及患者、护士对护理工作的满意度均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 "优质护理服务示范工程"活动对于提升护理质量具有积极作用。

Objective The implementation of the ＂ High - quality Care Demonstration Project＂ was taken as an opportunity to promote nursing care in all aspects. Methods Six pilot wards were chosen to carry out the project. The measures included changing the original nursing model, distributing different jobs for nurses with different professional titles, competition for the post of group leaders, adjusting the original performance allocation program, improving the clinical support system, enhancing basic nursing, timely conclusion and reviewing for constant improvement. Results The degrees of satisfaction of both patients and nurses to the basic nursing and the quality of ward management were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Carrying out the ＂ High - quality Care Demonstration Project＂ has positive effects to the improvement of the quality of nursing care.
