糖尿病酮症患者糖化血红蛋白水平与心血管事件的关系探讨

The Relationship between Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c Level and Cardiovascular Diseases in Patients with Diabetic Ketosis

目的:探讨糖尿病酮症患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与心血管疾病的关系。方法:根据HbA1c水平将124例糖尿病酮症患者分成两组,回顾性分析两组间3年内不良心血管事件的风险及死亡率。结果:76例患者的HbA1c>7%,追踪3年后,HbA1c水平与糖尿病酮症患者死亡率及不良心血管事件发生率有关。结论:糖尿病酮症患者的HbA1c水平升高预示未来心血管事件发生率及死亡率升高。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin A lc （HbAlc） level and cardiovascular diseases in patients with diabetic ketosis. Method： According to HbAlc levels, 124 patients with diabetic ketosis were divided into two groups, then retrospectively study the risk and mortality of adverse cardiovascular events between two groups in 3 years. Results： Among 124 cases, 76 cases were HbAlc 〉 7%. The level of HbAlc was related to the mortality and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with diabetic ketosis after a 3-year follow-up. Conclusion： The increase of HbAlc levels in patients with diabetic ketosis predict the increase in the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular events in the future.
