脑胶质瘤细胞IL-6自分泌环路的研究

摘要 应用重组白细胞介素-6(rIL-6)及白细胞介素-6单抗(IL-6McAb)分别处理脑胶质瘤细胞株SHG-44及4例脑胶质瘤患者体外培养的人脑胶质瘤细胞。结果显示,rIL-6能刺激SHG-44细胞及人脑胶质瘤细胞的增殖,且均呈剂量依赖关系。表明人脑胶质瘤中亦存在白细胞介素-6(IL-6)自分泌环路,这种自分泌环路的存在可能参与维持脑胶质瘤的恶性增殖。 Human glioma cells line SHG 44 and fresh isolated human glioma cells were mixed with recombinant interleukin 6 (rIL 6) and IL 6McAb and were cultured in vitro Results showed rIL 6 could stimulate the proliferation of SHG 44 cells and human glioma cells,but IL 6McAb could suppress the proliferation of them The stimulation or suppression were in a dose dependant way This indicate that human gliomas also exist the IL 6 autocrine circle and this kind of IL 6 autocrine circle may play an important role in sustaining the malignant proliferation of human gliomas
