儿童发中微量元素测定方法研究

Studies on the Determination of Trace Elements in Children＇s Hair

目的：探索儿童头发中微量元素的最佳测定方法，考察在既定条件下仪器和方法学的稳定性。方法：采用原子吸收分光光度法测定50例健康儿童头发中微量元素。结果：线性回归相关系数R=0．9993，0．49≤RSD≤3．14，回收率范围在99．3％～100％，昼夜差异分析P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：该实验方法正确可行，测定条件稳定可靠。

Objective： To explore the optimal determination method for the trace elements in children＇s hair. Methods： The trace elements in 50 cases of children＇s hair were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results： Correlation coefficient for the linear regression equation was over 0.9993, the recovery range was 99.3%- 100. 0%. Condusion： The established method is simple, stable and reliable for the determination of the trace elements in children＇s hair.
