摘要
目的:探索儿童头发中微量元素的最佳测定方法,考察在既定条件下仪器和方法学的稳定性。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定50例健康儿童头发中微量元素。结果:线性回归相关系数R=0.9993,0.49≤RSD≤3.14,回收率范围在99.3%~100%,昼夜差异分析P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:该实验方法正确可行,测定条件稳定可靠。
Objective: To explore the optimal determination method for the trace elements in children's hair. Methods: The trace elements in 50 cases of children's hair were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: Correlation coefficient for the linear regression equation was over 0.9993, the recovery range was 99.3%- 100. 0%. Condusion: The established method is simple, stable and reliable for the determination of the trace elements in children's hair.
