糖尿病患者代谢综合征组分的因子分析

The analysis of the components of metabolic syndrome among diabetic patients by use of factor analysis and factor scores

目的分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者代谢综合征(MS)各组分的聚集特征。方法选择1997至2003年参加健康体检的19～84岁糖尿病患者7169例,分析其血糖、血脂、血压、体质指数等指标。结果因子分析采用主成分法全人群提取了5个因子,其中肥胖由向心性和周围性肥胖2个因子表示,5因子方差累积贡献率84.5%;肥胖因子的方差贡献率最高。结论 T2DM患者中MS各组分互相独立,其中肥胖是糖尿病患者并发MS最重要的因子,提示T2DM患者中控制代谢相关疾病事件,减重是关键。

Objective To evaluate the cluster characteristics of the components of metabolic syndrome among diabetes（DM） patients. Methods 7169 DM subjects（3648 men, 3521 women, aged 57 ± 11 years）were recruited from 1997 to 2003. Factor analysis was performed using the variables of blood glucose, HDL-C, triglycerides （TG）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, BMI, waist to hip ratio（WHR） and waist circumference（WC）. Results Five factors,including central obesity, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, peripheral obesity and hypertension, extracted for total patients were able to explain 84.50% of total variance. The most important component was obesity which explained 39.72% of total variance for total DM patients. Conclusions All extracted factors were independent without associated variable between them. Obesity factor is the most important MS component among all extracted facors in DM patients. It suggests the controlling of overweight is the key point for decreasing the incidence of metabolic syndrome.
