2型糖尿病肾病患者血清白介素18及C反应蛋白水平与尿白蛋白排泄率的相关性 被引量:5

Association of serum interleukin-18 and C-reactive protein with urinary albumin excretion rate in diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病患者血清白介素18(IL-18)及C反应蛋白(C-RP)水平与尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的相关性。方法纳入早期糖尿病肾病患者(DN组)、新诊断2型糖尿病无微量白蛋白尿患者(T2DM组)及健康对照者(NC组)各30例。分别测定3组患者的UAER及血清IL-18、C-RP水平,并分析其相关性。结果 (1)T2DM和DN组的血清IL-18及C-RP水平均明显高于对照组,且DN组升高更明显,各组间的差异均有统计学意义。(2)直线相关分析显示,UAER与血清IL-18、C-RP均呈正相关(分别为r=0.457,P<0.01和r=0.31 7,P<0.05)。结论血清IL-18、C-RP水平的升高程度可能对DN的严重程度有一定提示作用。 Objective To observe the change of serum interleukin(IL)-18 and C-reactive protein(C- RP), and the correlation of IL-18 and C-RP with urinary protein in pantients with diabetic nephropathy . Methods A total of 30 subjects of early diabetic nephropathy (DN), 30 subjects of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes without proteinuria (DM), and 30 healthy control subjects (NC) were recruited. Urinary albumin excretion rate, serum IL-18 and C-RP were detected, and association of serum interleukin-18 and C-reactive protein with urinary albumin excretion rate was analysed. Results (1) The levels of serum IL-18 and C-RP in DM and DN group were higher than NC group(all P〈0.05), with the above levels in DN group increasing more obviously, and the difference between the groups was significant in statistics. (2) The linear correlation analysis showed that the levels of C-RP(r=0. 317,P(0.05) and IL-18(r= 0. 457,P〈0.01) correlated positively with UAER. Conclusions The increased levels of serum C-RP and IL-18 might be predictors for progression of diabetic nephropathy.
