当前内贸管理工作实践中存在十个方面的重大理论与实践问题,一是流通的地位与作用问题,二是内外贸的关系问题,三是内外资的关系问题,四是大型企业与中小企业的关系问题,五是零供关系问题,六是零售企业的营销模式问题,七是批发体系的重构问题,八是电子商务是否会孕育一场新的商业革命,九是物流的专业化与社会化问题,十是商业物流企业涉足金融问题。这十个困扰各级流通主管部门的实际问题,直接关系着流通业发展的走向,有待于进一步深入研究和破解。

At present,there are ten theoretical and practical problems with domestic trade management,namely the problems of the position and the role of circulation,the relation between domestic and foreign trade,the relation between domestic and foreign capital,the relation between large enterprises and SMEs,the relation between retailing and supply,the marketing pattern of retailing enterprises,the restructuring of wholesale system,the existence of new commercial revolution as the result of E-commerce,logistic specification and socialization,and the related financial problems of the commerce and logistics enterprises.These ten problems that the circulation management departments in different levels are worrying about are directly related to the development direction of the circulation industry.How to deepen research on these problems and how to solve these problems are what we should spent more effort on.
