现代物流服务体系研究

Research on the Modern Logistic Service System

本文认为,现代物流服务体系具有系统的一般特征,还具有规模庞大、结构复杂、目标众多等大系统所具有的特征。从本源来看,现代物流服务体系的最基本要素包括人、财、物、信息等四个方面。在这四要素基础上,现代物流服务体系形成了功能维要素、物理维要素、市场维要素和环境维要素等四维要素。这四维要素借助一定的体系关联模式建立连接关系,形成了体系结构,并在一定的物流服务运作机制下,开展物流服务运作,实现物流服务体系功能。所以,物流服务运作机制是体系构建与完善的关键。文章提出,我国现代物流服务体系建设包括三个阶段,即加紧建设阶段、基本形成阶段和日趋完善阶段;主要工作有五个方面,一是加快社会化物流服务需求释放;二是提高专业化物流服务供给能力与服务水平;三是健全物流网络体系,提升物流设施设备先进水平;四是加快推进物流信息化步伐;五是完善物流监管与协调机制。

The author believes that modern logistic service system not only has the general characteristic of other systems,but also has the characteristic of large scalec,omplex structure and a large amount of targets.The basic elements of the modern logistic service system include peoplef,inance,material and information.In the light of logistic service mechanism,the system-atic function of logistic service can be realized.Sot,he mechanism of logistic service operation is the key for the construction and improvement of this system.We should pay attention to such five aspectsf,irst,accelerating the release of demand for so-cialized logistic service;second,improving the capacity for supplying specified logistic service and the level of service;third,improving the logistic network system and the level of logistic equipmentf;ourtha,ccelerating the promotion of logistic informa-tionization;and fifth,improving the mechanism of supervision and coordination for logistics.
