摘要
目的:优选湿疹乳剂的基质组成及工艺。方法:针对影响乳剂稳定性的因素,用正交设计法,以油相、乳化剂和乳化温度为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行实验。结果:最优的基质组成及工艺是:硬脂酸7.0g,液体石蜡4.0ml,凡士林0.6g,单硬脂酸甘油酯3.4g,三乙醇胺0.65ml,吐温802.0g,乳化温度90℃。
OBJECTIVE:To optimizate matrix composition and technology for eczema emulsion.METHODS:According to the factors that affect the stability of eczema emulsion, orthogonal design method was used,oil phase,emulsifiers and emulsify temperature were selected as variable factors and table L 9(3 4) was used to do experiment.RESULTS:The optimun matrix composition and technology were: stearic acid 7.0 g,liquid paraffin 4.0 ml,vaselin 0.6 g,glyceryl monostearate 3.4 g,triethanolamine 0.6 g,Tween 80 2.0 g,emulsify temperature 90℃.CONCLUSIONS:The eczema emulsion prepared by this kind of composition and technology accord with the stipulation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1995).
