冷战后中国实施全面参与国际组织的战略。美国学术界对中国该战略的提出背景、内容与特点、实施的可能性和存在的问题及其作用都作了较深入分析,提出一系列大体上符合实际的观点,由此可以看出美国学术界在此课题研究方面较有成效。当然,美国学术界在此研究过程中存在一些不足。

After the end of the cold war,China has carried out a strategy of full participation in international organizations.American academic circles have made some deep study and analysis of its background,contents and features,the possibility of realization,issues in the process,and its roles.They have raised a series of outlooks that tally with the facts on the whole,which can indicate that American academic circles have made many achievements in the study of this topic.Of course,there is still some weakness in their research.
