As a core nation in European integration,France has a deep and comprehensive impact on Europe's foreign relations integnation.During the cold war,France established the Franco-German axis,multilateral consultation system and independence of European foreign policies.France continues its efforts to promote the development of integration in the post cold war era.But France's positive role and efforts also suffer from some restrictive factors.
