摘要
以2009年版中国期刊引证报告数据为依托,采用主成分分析方法对19种图书情报类核心期刊进行分析、排序。结果表明:评价核心期刊的主要指标可以选用:引用刊数、总被引频次、影响因子、即年指标、H指数、学科影响指标和他引率。其评价的权重分别是:0.121,0.116,0.087,0.084,0.073,0.069,0.061。经过主成分分析的核心期刊排序与2008版排序存在一定偏差,主要是因为指标之间存在一定关联性,重叠使用引起偏差;同时除这几个指标之外,可能还有影响期刊质量的指标存在,权重是0.19,有待于进一步挖掘。
19 kinds of information and library science core journal were analyzed and ordered applying principal component analysis based on Chinese journal citation report 09.The results showed that the main evaluation index are： the number of citation journals,The total number of citations,impact factors,current-year index,H-index,discipline effect index.The evaluation weighting are 0.121,0.116,0.087,0.084,0.073,0.069,0.061.There is order deviation between core journal based on principal component analysis and 2008ed core journal,because of relationship and overlap of indexs,besides of several indexs there may be another indexs affecting on journal quality and the weighting is 0.19.
