Dorsal Metacarpal Artery Flaps to Repair the Defects of the Fingers

应用逆行掌背动脉皮瓣14例、顺行掌背动脉皮瓣8例,修复手指皮肤缺损,皮瓣全部存活,外形满意.对掌背动脉皮瓣的解剖、皮瓣的优点进行了讨论,认为掌背动脉皮瓣是修复手指皮肤缺损的较好方法.

Twenty patients with finger injury were treated by 14 retrograde dorsal metacarpal artery flaps and antrograde dorsal metacarpal artery flaps were used to repair the defects of the fingers in 14 cases and 8 cases respectively. All the flaps survived completely with a good color and texture. The anatomical features of dorsal metacarpal artery flaps were discussed. Dorsal metacarpal artery flaps is a good method for the repair of soft tissue defects of fingers.
