摘要
目的研究噪声习服对暂时性听阈位移(TTS)的影响及其机制。方法将选取的研究对象随机分为习服组和对照组。习服组先经噪声适应性暴露,然后与对照组同时暴露在强噪声环境中。测定研究对象的TTS及外周血血浆中丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶的量。结果在预暴露于适应性噪声6d的过程中,习服组TTS呈先增加后减小的趋势;血清中脂质过氧化产物含量及抗氧化酶活力均呈现出增高的趋势。在暴露于强噪声环境6d的过程中,习服组与对照组TTS均呈逐渐增大的趋势,但同时期同频率习服组TTS值明显小于对照组;两组对象的脂质过氧化产物含量、抗氧化酶活力均表现出升高的趋势,且习服组的抗氧化酶活力明显高于对照组,而脂质过氧化产物含量明显低于对照组。结论噪声习服同样可对机体产生保护作用,且噪声习服的保护机制与脂质过氧化、抗氧化有关。
[Objective]To study the impact and mechanism of noise acclimatization on temporary threshold shift ( TTS) . [Methods]The selected objects were divided into acclimatization group and control group. After noise adaptive exposure,the acclimatization group exposed to strong noise with control group simultaneously. The TTS,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase and glutathione-peroxidase in peripheral blood plasma of the study objects were determined.[Results]In the process of 6 days pre-exposure to noise adaptation,TTS of acclimatization group showed the trend of increasing and then decreasing; serum lipoid peroxidation products and activity of antioxidant enzymes showed the trend of increasing. In the process of exposure to strong noise for 6 days,the TTS of acclimatization group and control group showed the trend of gradually increasing,but at the same time period of acclimatization with same frequency,the TTS of acclimatization group was significantly less than that of control group. Lipid peroxidation product content and antioxidant enzymes activity of the 2 groups both showed trend of increasing,and the antioxidant enzymes activity of acclimatization group was significantly higher than that of control group,but the lipid peroxidation product content was on the contrary.[Conclusion]Noise acclimatization can also have a protective effect on the body,and the protection mechanism of noise acclimatization relates with lipid peroxidation and antioxidant indicators.
