枸杞多糖对实验性食管癌大鼠食管癌细胞的生长抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨枸杞多糖对实验性食管癌大鼠的食管癌细胞生长的抑制作用及其意义。方法经皮下注射Eca109细胞建立实验性食管癌大鼠动物模型,通过灌胃治疗给药检测枸杞多糖的抗食管癌作用。观察不同浓度枸杞多糖对食管癌生长的抑制作用。结果枸杞多糖经灌胃治疗食管癌大鼠后,对肿瘤生长呈浓度及时间依赖性抑制。与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤生长抑制率达64.1%。结论枸杞多糖对实验性食管癌大鼠的食管癌细胞生长有明显的抑制作用。 [Objective]To investigate the inhibition and its significance of lycium bararum polysaccharides on esophageal carcinoma cells of experimental esophageal carcinoma rats.[Methods]Eca109 cells were injected into subcutaneous tissue to establish experimental esophageal carcinoma rats model. Lycium bararum polysaccharides were administrated to rats by lavage for its anti-esophageal carcinoma function test. The growth inhibition of esophageal cancer by different concentration of lycium bararum polysaccharides was observed.[Results]After lavage for treatment of esophageal carcinoma,the lycium bararum polysaccharides showed concentration and time dependent inhibition on tumor growth. Compared with control group,the difference was significant( P 0. 05) . The tumor growth inhibition rate was 64. 1% . [Conclusion]Lycium bararum polysaccharides have obvious inhibition effect on esophageal carcinoma cells of experimental esophageal carcinoma rats.
