帕瑞昔布钠防止瑞芬太尼所致急性疼痛的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察帕瑞昔布钠防止瑞芬太尼所致的急性疼痛的作用。方法拟于全麻下行腹腔镜妇科手术的患者50例,随机分成帕瑞昔布钠组(PS组)和空白组(SH组),PS组于手术结束前30分钟左右静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40mg,空白组不做任何处理。记录术后患者自主呼吸,意识恢复时间和拔管时间;患者最强疼痛等级;术后烦躁发生等级。结果 PS组呼吸恢复时间,意识恢复时间和拔管时间与SH组无统计学差异(P>0.05);PS组轻微疼痛占研究患者总数比例显著高于SH组(P<0.05),严重疼痛所占比例明显低于SH组(P<0.05),中等疼痛的发生率两者没有统计学差异(P>0.05);PS组无中度和重度躁动发生,轻度躁动发生比率显著低于SH组(P<0.05)。结论帕瑞昔布钠具有防治瑞芬太尼复合麻醉术后急性疼痛的作用。
