摘要
目的:探讨入职动机、工资满意度对护士职业认同的影响。方法:利用自编量表对潍坊地区的358名护士的职业认同状况进行调查。结果:护士的职业认同总体水平较高;不同入职动机、不同工资满意度护士的职业认同存在显著的差异。结论:入职动机和工资满意度是影响护士职业认同的重要因素。
Objective：To explore the influence of professional motivation and salary satisfaction on nurses＇ professional identity.Methods：Totally 358 nurses in Weifang were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire.Results：The overall level of nurses professional identity was positive.Nurses with different professional motivation and nurses with different salary satisfaction had different professional identity.Conclusion：Professional motivation and salary satisfaction are important influencing factors of nurses＇ profession identity.
