The influence of professional motivation and salary satisfaction on nurses' professional identity

摘要 目的:探讨入职动机、工资满意度对护士职业认同的影响。方法:利用自编量表对潍坊地区的358名护士的职业认同状况进行调查。结果:护士的职业认同总体水平较高;不同入职动机、不同工资满意度护士的职业认同存在显著的差异。结论:入职动机和工资满意度是影响护士职业认同的重要因素。 Objective:To explore the influence of professional motivation and salary satisfaction on nurses' professional identity.Methods:Totally 358 nurses in Weifang were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire.Results:The overall level of nurses professional identity was positive.Nurses with different professional motivation and nurses with different salary satisfaction had different professional identity.Conclusion:Professional motivation and salary satisfaction are important influencing factors of nurses' profession identity.
