摘要
在环磷酰胺明显抑制淋巴细胞转化的情况下，给小鼠灌胃胸腺肽，剂量为５０～４５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结果表明，胸腺肽可明显提高环磷酰胺已抑制的淋巴细胞转化率，并有一定的剂量依赖关系。胸腺肽口服１５０～４５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时，可显著增强小鼠对植物血凝素（ＰＨＡ）刺激的淋巴细胞转化反应。
In the condition that lymphocyte transformation had been seriously inhibited,Thymosin 50450mg/kg were given into the stomach of rats.The results indicated that thymosin could significantly increase the lymphocyte transformation rate that were suppressed by cyclophosphamide.The effect and dose had a dependent correlation.When oral dose was 150450mg/kg,it could greatly improve the lymphocyte transformation reaction to PHA in rats and increase the lymphocyte transformation rate.
