[Objective] To investigate the effect of anti-fluorine agent on the levels of Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu in rats' bone.[Methods]Through subchronic test in rats exposed to fluoride. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu levels in the thighbone, and the level changes were analyzed.[Results]Comparing fluorine agent group with anti-fluorine agent group, the level of bone Zn in anti-fluorine agent groups of high, medium and low doses were higher than those of the corresponding fluorine agent groups, with a significance in medium dose group. The levels of bone Ca in anti-fluorine groups were higher than those of the corresponding dose groups with significance in medium and low dose groups. In medium and low dose anti-fluorine agent group, the level of bone Mg was higher than that in corresponding dose groups with significance. The level of bone Fe in medium dose anti-fluorine agent group was lower than that in corresponding fluorine agent group with significance. The level of bone Cu in low dose anti-fluorine agent group was lower than that in fluorine agent group. Comparing fluorine agent group with control group, the levels of bone Zn of anti-fluorine agent groups were higher than those in fluorine agent groups with significance in high and medium dose groups. The levels of bone Ca in medium and low dose group were higher than those in control group. The levels of bone Mg in anti-fluorine agent groups were all higher than those in control group with significance in high and medium dose groups. The levels of bone Fe in anti-fluorine agent groups were all lower than those in control groups with significance in medium and low dose groups. The levels of bone Cu were lower than those in control group with significance in low and medium dose groups, [Conclusion]Anti-fluorine agent makes levels of Zn, Ca, Mg increasing in bone, but does not obviously affect levels of Fe, Cu.
