摘要 目的了解某火力发电厂存在的职业病危害及其控制措施,为职业病防制提供依据。方法调查某火力发电厂的工艺流程、职业病危害因素分布、职业病危害因素浓(强)度以及控制措施,并进行整理与分析。结果某火力发电厂有多个环节可产生多种职业病危害因素,主要有煤尘、矽尘(煤灰尘)、其他粉尘、噪声、CO、CO2、NOx、SO2、HCl、NaOH、联氨、高温、工频电场等,经现场检测,结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。防尘、防毒、防噪、防高温和防工频电场等措施也基本到位。结论该火力发电厂存在多种职业病危害因素,虽然调查结果符合国家卫生标准,但仍须采取严格的职业卫生防护措施和管理措施,切实保护劳动者健康权益。 [Objective] To understand the occupational hazards and its control measures in a thermal power plant , and provide evidence for occupational disease control.[Methods]The investigation was conducted to analyze the production process, distribution and concentration of occupational hazards and its control measures.[Results]There were multiple links that could generate a variety of occupational hazards in the plant, including coal dust, silica dust (coal dust), and other dust, noise, CO, CO2, NOx, SO2, HCl, NaOH, ammonia, heat stress, frequency electric field and so on. Through field tests, the results were all met the national standards for occupational health. The control of dust, poisoning, noise, heat stress and frequency electric field were basically implemented.[Conclusion]A variety of occupational hazards exist in this power plant. Although the survey results are consistent with national health standards, occupational health protection measures and management measures should also been adopted to effectively protect the health rights of workers.
