某钢铁公司1002名放射工作人员健康状况分析

Analysis of Health Status of 1002 Workers Exposed to Radiation in an Iron and Steel Enterprise

目的了解放射工作人员的健康状况,为放射防护工作提供依据。方法 2009年,对某钢铁公司1002名放射工作人员进行职业健康检查,并对检查结果进行统计分析。同时结合2005—2009年健康检查的结果及职业禁忌建议调离情况进行综合分析。结果 2009年放射工作人员眼晶体浑浊率1.1%,白细胞异常率0.3%,胸部X线异常率0.1%,职业禁忌建议调离率1.4%。结论该企业放射工作人员健康状况良好,但是眼部防护不容忽视,还要做好心血管疾病防治工作。

[Objective] To understand the health status of the workers exposed to radiation, and provide evidence for protection against radiation.[Methods]The occupational health examination was conducted on 1002 workers of an iron and steel enterprise in 2009, the results were statistically analyzed. The results of health examination during 2005-2009 and transfer caused by occupational contraindication were combined for comprehensive analysis. [Results]In 2009, 1.1% of the radiation workers were lens opacity, abnormal rate of leucocyte was 0.3%. 0.1% had abnormal chest X-ray examination results. And 1.4% were recommended to transfer to another job for occupational contraindication.[Conclusion]The health status of radiation-exposed workers is well in this enterprise, but the eye protection should not be ignored, and cardiovascular disease prevention should be implemented well.
