癌灵一号对人肝癌细胞凋亡作用的研究

Study on the Apoptosis af Human Liver Cancer Cells Induced by Arsenic Trioxide

研究癌灵一号（三氧化二砷）对肝癌细胞的凋亡作用。用台盼蓝染色观察药物对细胞增殖的抑制作用及其形态变化；采用流式细胞仪技术检测凋亡百分数及凋亡峰。结果表明，癌灵一号对人肝癌细胞具有抑制作用，并使细胞出现形态学改变；在流式细胞仪检查中出现特异性细胞凋亡峰，１０μｍｏｌ剂量组凋亡细胞百分数高于其它组，是诱导凋亡的最适剂量。证明癌灵一号可以诱导人肝癌细胞凋亡。

To study the apoptosis of human liver cancer cells induced by arsenic trioxide(As2O3),We observed the inhibiting effect on cell proliferation induced by As2O3 and morphologic change of the cell through trypan blue staining;and detected apoptosis percentage under flow cytometry assays.The results showed that arsenic trioxide could inhibit the proliferation of liver cancer cell,and changed its figure;specific apoptosis surf could be observed under flow cytomery assays,apoptosis percentage in 10mol group was higher than other groups,so it is the most appropriate dose in reducing apoptosis.These indicated that As2O3 could induce apoptosis of human liver cancer.
