摘要
目的了解金山区沙门菌菌型分布的情况,加强饮食和服务行业从业人员的卫生管理,为防止食物中毒及暴发流行的发生提供依据。方法采用肛拭培养法对2004—2009年饮食和服务行业从业人员进行健康带菌检查,并对分离出的沙门菌进行血清学分型以及带菌与季节、年份的关系分析。结果检测样品189068份,检出沙门菌134株,检出率为0.71%。共检出19种菌株型,以肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌及德比沙门菌为主;好发季节以夏秋季为主,且2004—2009年每年的检出率都有下降趋势。结论金山区从业人员所携带的沙门菌菌型复杂,检出率和季节等有密切关系。
[Objective] To understand the distribution of Salmonella in Jinshan district, enhance the health management among employees in catering and service industries, and provide the basis for prevention of the occurrence and outbreak of food poisoning.[Methods]During 2004-2009, employees in catering and service industries were examined by analswab culture. The isolated Salmonella were identified by serotyping, and the relationship between Salmonella carrier-state and seasons or years was analyzed.[Results]Salmonella was detected in 134 samples among 189 068 samples, and the detection rate was 0.71%. 19 strains types of Salmonella were identified, which were dominated by Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella derby. The peak seasons were summer and autumn, and the detection rate showed a descending trend from 2004 to 2009.[Conclusion]The strains types of Salmonella carried by employees in catering and service industries in Jinshan district were multiplex, and the detection rate was closely related to seasonal variation.
