北京市顺义区某事业单位工作人员的健康状况与健康知信行调查 被引量:7

Investigation on Health Status and Health Knowledge-Attitude-Practice of Staff in an Institution of Shunyi District of Beijing

摘要 目的了解事业单位工作人员的生活方式及作业方式,找出危害其健康的因素;分析调查对象的健康需求,提出干预措施,提高其健康意识与健康行为形成率。方法运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计法对该事业单位工作人员的健康状况和健康知信行进行调查和分析。结果被调查对象28.6%超重,8.2%肥胖。男性吸烟率为39.5%。31.6%男性经常饮酒。31.6%缺乏锻炼。膳食中钠盐和食用油摄入过多、不吃早餐、常吃咸菜腌菜和油炸食品、蔬菜水果摄入不足等。高血压、糖尿病患病率高于全国平均水平,但低于北京市平均水平。结论结合职工健康状况,应在单位内部积极开展健康促进活动,帮助职工合理安排工作节奏,调节生活规律,特别是合理饮食,适当锻炼,改善环境条件。 [Objective] To understand the lifestyle and operation mode of institution staff, find out the health hazard factors, analyze the health demands of respondents, put forward the intervention measures, and improve their health awareness and health behavior forming rate.[Methods]The health status and health Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) of staff in this institution were investigated and analyzed with questionnaire, literatures and mathematical statistics.[Results]28.6% of respondents are overweight and 8.2% are obese. The male smoking rate is 39.5%. 31.6% of men drink alcohol regularly. 31.6% lack exercise. The most prominent problem in the diet is excessive intake of sodium salt and cooking oil, do not eat breakfast, eat salted vegetable and fried foods frequently, inadequate intake of vegetables and fruits, etc. The prevalence of hypertension and diabetes is higher than the national average level, but lower than the average level in Beijing.[Conclusion]Based on the health status of staff, it is necessary to carry out health promotion programs, help the staff to arrange the work rhythm, adjust life pattern, especially rational diet, exercise adequately and improve the environmental conditions.
