三聚氰胺毒性作用及其对健康的危害 被引量:3

Toxicity of Melamine and Its Health Hazards

摘要 三聚氰胺是一种化工原料,白色晶体,无明显异味,禁止添加到食品中。2007年美国发生多起宠物饲料污染三聚氰胺而致猫狗中毒死亡事件,中国发生婴幼儿奶粉中加入三聚氰胺而导致泌尿系统结石,成为严重的公共卫生事件。三聚氰胺的急性毒性轻微,用三聚氰胺长期喂养动物的慢性毒性试验显示三聚氰胺可以引起泌尿系统结石和肾脏损害,并引起膀胱肿瘤和输尿管肿瘤。 Melamine is a kind of the chemical raw materials,it is white crystal without special taste,and it has been prohibited to use as the food additive. In 2007,pet food contaminated by melamine caused many cases of poisoning death in dog and cats in USA. Also thousands of infants suffered from urinary calculus in China because of infant milk powder contaminated by melamine,which was one of the serious public health events. The acute toxicity of melamine is very low,but the chronic toxicity test of animals long-term exposure to melamine shows that it can cause urinary calculus and kidney injury,and may produce the bladder neoplasms and ureteral neoplasms.
