摘要
目的了解1株泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(PDRPKA)耐药基因携带状况。方法采用三维试验分析泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌产β-内酰胺酶、氨基糖苷酶等,聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增和产物测序方法确认,检测该株PDRPKA49种基因。结果该株PDRPKA携带TEM-1、SHV、DHA、blaCTX-M-1群、blaCTX-M-9群、aac(3)-Ⅱ、ant(2″)-Ⅰ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ、aph(3′)-Ⅰ、intⅠ1、qacE△1-sul1、tnpU、tnp513、merA等14种耐药基因。结论该株PDRPKA携带多种耐药基因是泛耐药原因。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the resistance genes in a pandrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolate. METHODS Three-dimensional test was used to analyze and classify the β-lactamase and Aminoglycosides. The genes of 49 kinds resistance were detected by PCR and sequencing. RESULTS There are genes of TEM-1, SHV, DHA, blaCTX-M-lcluster, blaCTX-M-9 cluster, aac(3)-Ⅱ , ant(2″)-Ⅰ , ant(3″)-Ⅰ , aph(3')- Ⅰcluster, int Ⅰ 1, qacE△1-sull, tnpU, tnp513, merA. CONCLUSIONS In this strain, many types of resistance genes are the reasons for pan-drug resistance.
