摘要 目的探讨对医疗器械清洗后表面残余蛋白质进行定量检测的方法,是否可以用于评价医疗器械的清洗效果。方法研究以医院临床使用过的医疗器械为试验对象,并根据污染程度将其分为轻度和重度污染组;两组均采用3M安必洁多酶清洗液进行浸泡清洗,清洗后采集器械表面残余蛋白样本,用双光束紫外分光光度法对蛋白样本进行定量检测,并确保医疗器械灭菌后达到无菌保证水平(SAL)10-6的目标。结果医疗器械有效清洗后表面残余蛋白定量≤550μg/ml,器械灭菌达到无菌保证水平。结论医疗器械清洗后表面残余蛋白的定量检测可以作为评价医疗器械清洗效果的方法,试验结果可以作为评价医疗器械清洗是否有效的可靠标准。 OBJECTIVE To study the quantitative detecting method for residue protein on the surface of medical instruments after cleaning, whether it can be used to evaluate the effect of cleaning medical instruments or not. METHODS The subjects of study were medical contaminated instruments in hospital, which were divided them into two groups: light pollution group and heavy pollution group. Two groups were cleaned by 3M Multi-enzyme Cleaner, and to collect protein samples after cleaning. Then used dual-beam ultraviolet spectrophotometry to quantitively detect residue protein in the surface of medical instruments after cleaning, and ensured that the sterility assurance level(SAL) of medical instruments was 10^-6 after sterilizing. RESULTS The residue protein quantitation on the surface of medical instruments was less than 550 μg/ml after cleaning and met the non- bacterium level. CONCLUSIONS The detecting quantitative method of residue protein on the surface of medical instruments can be used to evaluate the effect of cleaning medical instruments. The result of the test can be used as a reliable standand of an effective medical instrament cleaning.
