医院数字化报卡系统的研制与应用

Development and Application of Digital Reporting System of Hospital

目的规范化管理医院慢性病、传染病以及医院感染报告,提升报卡质量,缩短报卡时间,提高临床和医政管理部门的工作效率和管理水平。方法运用软件技术、网络技术、数据库技术,研制医院数字化报卡系统,实现慢性病、传染病以及感染报卡的数字化和网络化管理。结果该系统的应用实现了慢性病、传染病、医院感染报告的无纸化、数字化;报告及时;数据完整、规范;漏报、重报得到有效控制;医院以及上级主管部门对慢性病、传染病以及感染的了解更准确。结论数字化报卡系统的应用提高了医院感染与预防保健的管理水平。

OBJECTIVE To establish the standard management of reporting chronic disease communicable disease, and nosocomial infection, to improve the quality of reporting, shorten the time for transfering, and advance the management level of clinic and management departments. METHODS The digital reporting system of hospital was developed by using software, network and database technology. It realized report of chronic disease communicable, disease and nosocomial infection with network, and offered new report in time by information function. RESULTS The application of digital reporting system of hospital made reporting chronic disease, communicable disease and nosocomial infection with no paper, in time, with standard and integral data, there was no repeated report and fail to report, hospital and its high level facility had better mastery of their circs. CONCLUSIONS The implement of digital reporting system of hospital can enhance the management level of hospital, and improve the quality of medical treatment.
