目的探讨城市社区卫生中心医院感染管理存在的问题及对策。方法深入调查,提出城市社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理存在的问题。结果城市社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理存在的一些突出问题,领导认识不够,对法律法规学习执行意识缺乏,不能正确配置消毒液和使用消毒设备,一次性医疗物品采购使用不规范,滥用抗菌药物,自我防护意识淡薄等问题。结论城市社区卫生中心医院感染管理工作的一个薄弱环节,需要加强管理。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the existing problem and strategy in hospital infection management of the urban community health service center. METHODS The existing problem and strategy in hospital infection management of the urban community health service center were raised and investigated. RESULTS The insufficiency of leader consciousness, deficiency of laws and regulations awareness, unable to preparate correctly the disinfectant and use normatively the disinfection equipment, abuse of antibiotic, weak sense of self-protection and the use of disposable medical supplies procurement of non-standardized were the outstanding problems in hospital infection management of the urban community health service center. CONCLUSION The hospital infection management is a weak link in the urban community health service center. It is indispensable to strengthen the management.
