复用透析器清洗消毒的规范化管理

Standardized Management for Cleaning and Disinfection of Recycling Dialyzer

目的规范复用透析器的清洗消毒管理工作,可防止因复用透析器所造成的医院感染。方法制定和完善血液净化中心复用透析器管理的操作规范,加大对复用透析器相关消毒设施的投入,同时加强复用工作人员的技术培训,规范清洗消毒工作流程。结果清洗消毒后的复用透析器的使用合格率达到100.0%,从而提高了透析器的消毒质量和使用安全。结论复用透析器清洗消毒的规范管理是其使用合格达标的保证。

OBJECTIVE To standardize the management for cleaning and disinfection of recycling dialyzer to prevent hospital infection caused by dialyzer recycling processes. METHODS The main measures were established and consummated the system, increased the investment of disinfection facilities, meanwhile strengthened the staff＇s technical training and standardized the cleaning and disinfection work procedures. RESULTS The pass rate of the recycling dialyzer after disinfection was reached 100.0%, there by the security and disinfection quality of dialyzer were enhanced. CONCLUSIONS The standardized management for cleaning and disinfection of recycling dialyzer is the assurance for the recycling dialyzer sterilization to reach the standards.
