摘要
目的分析氟康唑治疗62例老年患者肺部真菌感染的疗效,评价其临床价值。方法对2005年6月-2009年6月住院的老年患者肺部真菌感染临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 62例应用氟康唑治疗肺部真菌感染治愈率77.42%,好转率17.74%,无效率3.23%,不良反应发生率32.26%,无严重的不良反应发生。结论氟康唑治疗老年患者肺部真菌感染安全有效。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate clinical efficacy of fluconazole in treating pulmonary fungal infections in 62 elderly patients. METHODS The clinical data of 62 patients suffering from pulmonary {ungal infections admitted from Jul 2005 to Dec 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS The cure rate of the elderly patients after fluconazole therapy was 77. 42%, The improved rate and the invalid rate were 17. 74%, and 3. 23%, respectively, and the adverse reaction rate of fluconazole was 32. 26%. During the period of treatment with fluconazole, there were 20 elderly patients suffering from mild gastrointestinal adverse reactions and no one suffered from severe toxic adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS The fluconazole for elderly patients with pulmonary fungal infections is safe and effective.
