2008年小儿腹泻病的病原体调查分析

目的了解2008年医院小儿腹泻病病原体的分布及感染情况。方法菌株鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃公司的VITEK60分析仪,药敏试验采用K-B法,轮状病毒监测采用北京万泰生物药业股份有限公司生产的轮状病毒试剂盒。结果轮状病毒是引起腹泻的主要病原体,占83.2%;其次为真菌,占11.7%;再次为志贺菌属和沙门菌属各占2.5%和1.7%。结论 2008年检出的病原体中未发现霍乱弧菌,轮状病毒感染是引起婴幼儿腹泻主要原因之一,开发应用安全有效的轮状病毒疫苗对减轻轮状病毒疾病负担有重要作用。

OBJECTIVE To under stand the distribution of pathogenic microorganisms and infection in children with diarrhea in our hospital in 2008. METHODS The clinical isolates were identified by VITEK-60 of Bio-Merieux of France. Antibiotic susceptive test was done by Kirby Bauer method, Rotavirus surveillance with rotavirus kit produced by Bio-Pharmaeeutical Co. , Ltd. Beijing Cosmos. RESULTS Rotavirus was a major pathogen inducing diarrbea, accounted for 83.2%; then followed by fungi, accounted for 11.7%; Shigella and Salmonella spp, accounted for 2. 5% and 1. 7%, respectively. CONCLUSION Vibrio cholerae is not found in 2008. Rotavirus infection is one of the main cause of infantile diarrhea. Development and application of a safe and effective rotavirus vaccine can reduce the mobility of rotavirus disease.
