摘要
用四氯化碳及D-氨基半乳糖胶盐酸盐造成小鼠急性肝细胞损伤模型,观察调肝胶囊对肝脏的保护作用。结果表明:调肝胶囊大、中、小剂量组可明显抑制四氯化碳所致小鼠SGPT和SGOT活性升高,调肝胶囊大、中剂量组明显抑制D-氨基半乳糖胺盐酸盐所致小鼠SGPT和SGOT活性升高,凋肝胶囊大、中、小3剂量组间降酶作用呈明显的量效关系。
The protective effect of LRC on the liver of rats with acute hepatic damage induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine. The results indicated that LRC had some effect on the liver. In all the three different dosage groups, LRC was found to have remarkably inhibited the increase of the activity of SGPT andSGOT due to carbon tetrachloride, while in the large and medium dosage groups, it checked the activity SGPTand SGOT on the rise induced by D-galactosamine. A clear dose-effect relationship was found in all the three groups.
