摘要 研究了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定稀土磁性材料中微量铬、镍和钛的分析方法。确定了样品的溶解方法和待测元素的分析线,对基体元素和共存元素的干扰影响进行了考察,采用基体匹配法克服了基体效应。该方法测定结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法测定结果相一致。铬、镍、钛的检出限分别为0.001 4、0.002 8、0.000 5μg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于7.0%(n=8),方法的加标回收率为97.0%~104.7%。 The method for determining trace chromium, nickel and titanium in magnetism material by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was studied. The working conditions of instrument were optimized. The dissolving method of sam- ple and the analytical line for tested elements were determined. The effects of matrix elements and major coexistence elements on the determination were investigated. Matrix effect was eliminated by using matrix matching method. The method was used to deten^nine trace chromium, nickel and titanium in magnetism material. Tile analytical results were consistent to those determined by FAAS. The detection limits were 0.0014 μg/mL for chromium, 0.0028 μg/mL for nickel, O. 0005μg/mL for titanium. The relative standard de- viation of detection results was less than 7.0% (n = 8). The recovery of the sample was in the range of 97.0% to 104.7%.
