摘要
对比分析了国内外卫星推进剂在取样方法、质量检测方法、检测指标等方面所依据标准的差异,分析了我国推进剂检测实验室依据国际标准对外星推进剂进行质量分析的能力,为推进剂检测实验室具备和提高外星推进剂质量分析的能力提出了具体的措施。
The difference of sampling method, quality detection method and detecting indexes of quality detection standards of the propellant for foreign satellite was compared and analyzed. The detection ability of our laboratory of the propellant for foreign sat- ellite according to the international standards was discussed, and some suggestions to have and improve the ability of quality detection for the laboratories were given.
