我院2007—2009年神经外科抗溃疡药使用情况分析

Analysis on the Usage of Anti-ulcer Drugs in Department of Neurosurgery in Our Hospital from 2007 to 2009

目的:分析我院2007-2009年神经外科抗溃疡药使用情况。方法:采用药历统计软件对我院2007～2009年神经外科抗溃疡药的用药品种、销售金额、用药数量进行统计,并计算出各药DDDs、DDC和B/A值。结果:神经外科抗溃疡药的使用以泮托拉唑和奥美拉唑为主。雷尼替丁和法莫替丁也有使用。结论:抗溃疡药总量逐年增大,用药较为合理。

Objective： To analyze the usage of anti-ulcer drugs in department of neurosurgery m our hospital trom 2007 to 2009. Methods： Types, amount and sale revenue of drugs were summarized and analyzed using the medication chart statistics software. DDDs, DDDc and B/A were calculated. Rosults： The most frequently used anti-ulcer drugs were Pantoprazole and Omeprazole. Ranitidine and Famotidine were also used. Conclusions： The amount of anti-ulcer drugs used has increased year by year. Medication use is relatively reasonable.
