内置筛板外循环气升式生物反应器中液相循环时间的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在上升管与下降管直径之比为6.6,罐体高径比为2.9的内置筛板外循环气升式生物反应器内,以羧甲基纤维钠水溶液为模拟介质,测定了反应器内液相循环时间与操作参数的关系,用均匀设计考察了操作参数对液相循环时间的影响程度,结果表明介质粘度对循环时间影响最大。 Experimental studies on liquid circulation time in an external loop airlift bioreactor with inner sieve plates, in which the ratio of risecomer diameter to downcomer diameter was 6.6 and ratio of height to diameter was 2.9, were carried out. The effects of operation conditions on liquid circulation time in the bioreactor were investigated in aqueous solutions of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The influence degree of operation condition on liquid circulation time was determined by uniform design test. The experimental results showed that the liquid viscosity was the critical factor affecting liquid circulation time.
