摘要
滚刀刀圈的磨损影响施工成本、设备利用率和掘进效率,刀圈的快速磨损与工程地质条件密切相关,是一项重要的工程地质问题。基于摩擦磨损学的原理,结合滚刀破岩机理,分析了在滚刀破岩过程中刀圈的磨损机理。应用滚刀的磨损机理,解释了滚刀刀圈的三种磨损形式,分析得出影响刀圈磨损的两大因素,即机械因素和地质因素,并提出建立刀圈消耗量预测模型应该考虑这两方面的因素。
Wear of disc cutter ring impacts the cost of tunnel construction,utilization of tunnel boring machine and advance rate.Fast wear of disc cutter is related to geological conditions and is an important geological problem.Based on the rub and wear mechanism and according to the disc cutter cutting mechanism,the ring wear mechanism during the process of rock breaking is analyzed in this paper.By applying the wear mechanism,three main shapes of worn ring are explained.It has been concluded that there are two factors affecting the disc cutter ring wear,i.e.,the mechanical factor and geological factor.So the disc cutter wear predicting model ought to consider both of them.
