新加坡地铁环线C824标段失事后的修复重建(二)--修复重建方案的实施 被引量:1

摘要 Nicoll Highway坍塌事故发生后,在进行事故原因分析调查的同时,修复方案的比选与论证工作也在同步进行。经过对原位和改线两种方案综合比较,最终选定改线修复。修复工作于2005年1月正式启动,目前已全部竣工。改线修复方案的主要项目包括新的盾构始发井和接收井、区间盾构隧道、新的Nicoll Highway车站,以及新老隧道的对接等。文章重点对修复工作的一些技术难点与风险以及实施情况进行扼要介绍。这些技术要点主要涉及:对深埋隧道管片的切割清理、新老隧道的对接、JMM深层地基加固,以及盾构机在车站内整体牵引平移等等。 Both intensive incident causation investigation and comprehensive study and assessment of recovery options were carried out simultaneously right after the Nicoll Highway collapse.The assessment and in-depth study for recovery work were focused on two options,namely keeping existing line and realignment.Based on in-depth consideration of a number of critical issues such as technical difficulties and risks,environmental impact,construction duration and cost etc.,realignment recovery option was chosen finally.The recovery work was officially commenced in January 2005 and almost completed now.This involved new TBM launching and receiving shafts,new TBM mined tunnel,new Nicoll Highway station and final connection between new tunnel and reused segments etc..The critical technical issues and challenges involved in this work were addressed in this paper which can be taken for reference by similar projects.
