莫合烟烟雾提取物对家兔离体胸主动脉条舒缩活动的影响

摘要 目的:观测新疆莫合烟烟雾提取物对家兔离体动脉血管活动的影响。方法:使用去甲肾上腺素( N E)、 K C1、酚妥拉明、戊脉胺、消炎痛、乙胺嚷及去除血管内皮后,观测家兔离体胸主动脉条对莫合烟烟雾提取物( T S E)舒缩反应的改变。结果: T S E 在剂量为21、63、189、170 1、510 3 μg/m l时,均能使动脉收缩( Em ax = 190.44 m g, E D50= 102.282 μg/m l);在一定范围内其收缩强度与剂量呈正相关(r= 0.935, P< 0.01); T S E(35 μg/m l)能加强 N E和 K Cl的缩血管效应( P< 0.05)。消炎痛和乙胺嗪能抑制 T S E的缩血管作用,而酚妥拉明和戊脉胺对 T S E的缩血管作用影响不明显。去除内皮后, T S E的缩血管作用消失,血管舒张。结论: T S E有使动脉血管收缩的作用。该作用可能是血管内皮依赖性的,并由血栓素 A2 和白三烯共同介导。 Objective: To detect the effects of Xinjiang Mo He tobacco on contractivity of aorta. Methods: It was recorded that the changes of contractive reactivity of isolated rabbit's aortic strips to tobacco smog extract (TSE) by using noradrenaline (NE), KCl, phentolamine (a α receptor inhibitor), veripamil (a Ca  channel blocker), indomethacin (a cyclo oxygenase inhibitor), and diethylcarbamazine (a lipoxidase inhibitor), and by removal of aortic endothelium. Results: 1. TSE caused contraction of aortic strips (E max =190.44mg,ED 50 =102.28μg/ml) and the intensity of the contraction was positively correlated with the doses of TSE (r=0.935, P<0.01). 2.TSE (35μg/ml) enhanced the vasoconstrictor effects of NE and KCl. 3.Indomethacin and diethylcarbamazine inhibited the vasoconstrictor effects of TSE, but phentolamine and veripamil had no significant effect on those of TSE. 4.After removal of aortic endothelium, the vasoconstrictor effects of TSE disappeared and aortic strips relaxed. Conclusion: TSE has vasoconstrictor effects. The effects may be endothelium dependent and related to TXA 2 and LTs.
