佳蓉片治疗更年期综合征的临床观察

ClinicaI Observation of Jia Rong Tablct in the Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome

目的：观察国产纯中药制剂佳蓉片对更年期综合征的治疗效果。方法：治疗萌后采用 Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍ ａｎ 评分；血清卵泡刺激素（ Ｆ Ｓ Ｎ）、雌二醇（ Ｅ２）测定和阴道 Ｂ超子宫内膜厚度测量综合评价。结果：佳蓉片对更年期综合征的潮热出汗、易激动的完全缓解率为９５％ ，血清 Ｅ２ 无明显升高，子宫内膜未见明显增厚。结论：佳蓉片是一种有效的、不含雌激素、无副作用、病人易接受的药物。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effccts of pure tradiiional medicine Jia Rong iablet for climacteric svndronlc. Metbods: Jia Rong tablet was taken daily undcr clinical observation for three rnonths. The therapeutic effects werc evaluated with kupperman scorc, serum hormone (FSH,E 2) levels measurenlcnt and vaginal ultrasonographic examination. Results: The results indicated that complete inlprovemcnt raie with Jia Rong tablets was 95% for sweating, hectic fcvcr and excitmcnt in cllmactcric syndrome,while serum E 2 did not elevate obviously endomctrium thlckncss showed no incrcasc. Conclusion: Jia Rong tablet is a new traditional medicine for relcasing climactcrlc syndromc. Its therapcutic cffcJct is good and significant. Being a noncstrogenic drug and no sidcix reaction. It was satisfactorily accepted by the patients.
