摘要
本文对吸附法油气回收处理技术及吸附剂的特点进行了介绍,从理论上计算了装置运行过程中产生的吸附热引起的床层温升,论述了吸附热对装置的影响,提出了防止吸附热积聚过多而采取的措施并对其进行了论证。
An oil vapor recovery technology--absorption method used in PetroChina Urumqi PetroChemical Company was introduced in this paper.lt explained the property of activated carbon adsorbent in oil vapor recovery and the temperature rise of adsorption bed caused by adsorption heat of activated carbon was calculated. The influence on oil vapor adsorption by adsorption heat was discussed. And it proved the measure of preventing the accumulation of adsorption heat.
