摘要
建立了用荧光法测定磁显葡胺含量的新方法，考察了荧光法测定磁显葡胺含量的最佳条件：激发波长２７５ｎｍ，发射波长３１３ｎｍ，ｐＨ为６０～８０，线性范围９４ｍｇ／Ｌ～９４ｇ／Ｌ，精密度ＲＳＤ为０２％，平均回收率１００３％．
A fluorescent method has been developed for the assay of magnevist.The optional conditions for determining magnevist were established.The sample was analyzed at Ex=275 nm and Em=313 nm.The average recovery was 100 3%.By the use of this method,magnevist can be determined with satisfactory results.
