Studies on the Callus Culture and the Suspension Culture of Ginkgo biloba and the Formation of Flavonoids

进行了银杏愈伤组织和悬浮细胞培养及其次生代谢产物———黄酮类化合物的研究．考察了不同理化因子对各种银杏外植体黄酮含量的影响．对银杏细胞培养物中的芦丁。

This paper reported firstly the callus culture & the suspension culture of Ginkgo biloba and the formation of its secondary metabolites flavonoids.The effects of some physico chemical factors on the induction,culture of callus and cells and the yield of flavonoids were also investigated.Finally,the quantitative determination by HPLC for rutin,quercetin and kaempferol in the cultures were showed in this study.
