摘要
大川芎丸水煎液对ＡＤＰ诱导的家兔、大白鼠、小白鼠体内血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用．
The effects of Da Chuanxiong Pills(DCXP)on thrombosis were studied.Formation of thrombosis and platelet aggregation induced by ADP were inhibited in rabbits by taking orally 4 5 g/kg of the boiling water decoction(TBWE) of DCXP.The platelet aggregation induced by ADP were inhibited by taking orally 1,2 g/kg of TBWE in rats and 40,60 g/kg in mice,respectively.
