儿童恶性胶质瘤VEGF表达与血管生成及细胞增殖的关系 被引量:6

The Relatuionship between Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Expressionand Angiogenesis and Cell Proliferationin Children with Malignant Glioma

摘要 目的:研究血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在儿童恶性胶质瘤的表达及其与血管生成,细胞增殖的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测33例儿童恶性胶质瘤组织中VEGF表达与微血管数(MVQ)、PCNA标记指数(PCNALI)。结果:33例儿童恶性胶质瘤VEGF表达阳性23例(69.7%);VEGF表达阳性肿瘤MVQ、PCNALI显著高于VEGF表达阴性肿瘤(P<0.005);肿瘤组织VEGF表达与MVQ、PCNALI显著相关(相关系数r分别为0.52和0.37,P<0.001)。结论:儿童恶性胶质瘤细胞可以合成VEGF,VEGF在肿瘤血管生成及细胞增殖中起重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the relation of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) ex-pression with angiogenesis and cell proliferation in childhood malignant glioma. Methods:Immunohisto-chemical technique was used to detect the expression of VEGF, microvessel quantity (MVQ) and PCNAlabelling index (PCNA LI) in 33 childhood malignant gliomas. Results: Positive staining for VEGF wasobtained in 23 out of 33 cases (69- 7% ) . The MVQ and PCNA LI in VEGF - positive tumors were signifi-cantly higher than those in VEGF - negative tumors ( P < 0 . 005) . The expression of VEGF in tumortissues was significantly related with MVQ and PCNA LI ( r - 0. 52 and 0. 37 respectively (P < 0. 001 ) .Conclusion: VEGF can be synthesized in tumor cells of malignant glioma of children and it might play animportant role in angiogenesis and cell proliferation.
