摘要
以南京市浦口中心城区的概念性城市设计为例,本文探讨了大尺度视野下的空间密度导控问题,并认为其中存在两个重点:其一、如何实现GIS数字技术的全程干预?这需要贯穿于从现状分析到规划解读再到规划引导的主要编制技术环节,并从技术应用上确保了三大环节之间在空间单元划分、密度层级确定及其结论分析上的对应性和可比性;其二、如何衔接现状与既有规划?这又需要以现状问题的应对为依据,通过现状分析和规划解读的比对,来判定既有规划是否对此做出了适宜性应对,从而确定本次规划策略同既有规划的衔接、优化或是补充关系。
The conceptual urban design of Nanjing Pukou central city as an example,this paper discusses the space density of guidance and control problems in the large-scale perspective,and consider there are two key points:Firstly,how to achieve the full intervention of GIS digital technology? It requires the main formulating technology steps from current analysis to planning interpretation then to planning guidance,and from the technical application,ensures the correspondence and comparability between the three steps of space units division,density level determine and conclusion analysis.Secondly,how to link with current and existing planning? It requires to base on the response of current problems,by comparing current analysis and planning interpretation,to judge whether the existing planning should made appropriate coping,and to determine the relationship between the planning strategy and existing planning,which may be cohesive,Optimal or additional.
