摘要
本文在Hermite三次参数曲线的基础上,提出了选取极角变量作为参数来构造设计非圆齿轮节曲线的新方法,使得可根据实际要求将非圆齿轮节曲线设计成任何所需形状,并通过对非圆齿轮低速大扭矩液压马达节曲线的设计实例,展示了该方法的实效性,较好地解决了非圆齿轮节曲线的离散化设计及其形状控制的难题。
Based on Hermite′s parametric cubic curve,this paper advanced a new method
to design and construct the pitch curve of non circular gear by choosing polar angle
variable as the parameter,and the pitch curve of non circular gear can be designed into
any required shape.The effectiveness of this method is shown through a living example of
design.And the difficult problem of discretization and shape contool of pitch curve design
for non circular gears are fairly well solved.
